Conceptual and operational design of holistic sales, service and marketing solutions in the Salesforce Clouds Take over responsibility during the complete Salesforce Lifecycle (analysis, advice, conception, implementation, etc.) Documentation of customer requirements and solution design Communication with customers, internal departments or external partners Planning and implementation of workshops & training with our customers Support in pre-sales (e.g. demos or effort skalkulation)

Complete Bachelor Program in Business or Computer Science with an average of at least. 2.5. Experiences in the field of CRM, salesforce.com, sales organization, customer service or marketing processes Experience in the design, implementation and/or administration of Salesforce applications or other CRM systems Knowledge and experience of project management desirable readiness of continuous development and openness towards new topics Analytical and Creative Problem Solution Competence and Communication Strength Project-related flexibility and readiness Very good knowledge of German and English
