Human Resources Officer with a focus on Employment Law (m/f/d)

Working legal advice from executives and employees in all personal questions (individual labour law, contracting, dismissals, terminations). Creation, examination and revision of employment contracts, additional agreements and legal documents. Monitoring of labour law measures including preparation of all relevant documents. Responsibility for individual HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, personal care and personal administration. Support in the further development of HR policies, standards and processes. Cooperation with management and close coordination with all departments, in particular our sales locations throughout Germany. Optional: cooperation in projects related to compliance, data protection, working time models, personnel development and recruiting.

Successfully completed studies in the field of law, human resources management, economic law or comparable qualifications. Knowledge of labour law and practical experience in the application of labour law measures. Multiannual professional experience in HR, ideally in a medium-sized company. Sovereign appearance, high communication strength and a structured, reliable operation. Joy of independent work, process thinking and solution-oriented advice. Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with HR software of advantage.
