Implementation of technical HSE projects Ensuring project execution, compiling successful teams and managing team members from various departments such as engineering, savings, production and service organization. Implementation of root analysis and definition, evaluation and coordination of dedicated solutions with internal and external actors from Nordex such as suppliers and customers. Representation of the Nordex organization internally and externally. Implementation of risk assessments for activities taking into account the technical conditions of the wind turbine Technical support for technology management with specifications from HSE-Sicht Support for regions by implementing continuous measures to improve safety Cooperation with the Academy and Service Engineering to ensure the implementation of the measures in maintenance instructions and training

Technical studies (e.g. Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technicians, etc.) Multiannual project management experience in a technical/engineering environment (experience in the wind industry is welcome) expertise on HSE topics or at least a good understanding of security awareness and behaviour Strong communication skills Problem solving capability (also under time pressure) and analytic thinking Good interpersonal relationships Good MS Office knowledge, SAP experience desirable Ability to work in different corporate cultures Ready to go from time to time on business trips Flowing English skills, German of advantage
