• A reliable and professional coordination with the care team and adjacent professional groups is an important part of your commitment. • In the palliative care you support a dignified, symptom-oriented companion — together with the Palliative team and in close coordination with relatives. • In use, you implement nursing measures independently and according to standard – from body care to wound care.
