Human Resources Administrator - Focus on Administration & Payroll Accounting Part-time (m/f/d)

As a specialist (m/w/d) in human resources management, you enter our employees along the entire employee life cycle – from entry to exit You take the personal administration and create and manage personal documents such as contract changes, certificates and work certificates You take charge billing and time management for about 100 employees You take the correspondence with health insurance companies, authorities and insurance companies You participate in HR projects and help us optimize and implement HR tools and processes

You have a completed commercial training, for example as a merchant (m/w/d) for office management or industrial businessman (m/w/d), and ideally 2–5 years of professional experience in personnel You bring good knowledge of personnel administration and payroll accounting Knowledge of social security and tax law and labour law are advantageous You work structured, carefully and responsibly and keep track of multiple topics You are a team-oriented and reliable partner for employees and executives You like to work independently, grab things and actively engage with your ideas
