You have fun to advise and maintain our national and international guests. You accept your booking requests by email or phone. You work in the team with our PMS applications, as well as Outlook and other programs. Your working day keeps changing tasks ready for the individual and within the meaning of the company. You work hand in hand with the receptions of the hotels we serve and vote accordingly. To strengthen our team, we will look for you: From now on as Group Reservation Agent / Group Booking Agent (m/w/d). Your tasks are: processing of telephone and written requests for group reservations Creation of contracts for group bookings Care of the different reservation systems You work with the software Opera Cloud Coordination and review of the room reservations in our hotel Du stehst in close exchange with our Revenue Manager Active sales of rooms to our guests You have accepted guest wishes and complaints and have completed this care of the national and international guests your profile with which you are training yourself No problem!
