We are looking for the Office Building Industry: (m/w/d), Friedrich-Fröbel-Schule EC 7 TVOD/VKA | unlimited | Full time Your task:

• take care of mastery activities, mainly at the Friedrich-Fröbel-Schule and in the Jugendhaus am Vorwerk in Stade, in particular:

• organize and carry out independent maintenance work in the building and plot area

• Care and supervision of craft firms

• acquire material and commission third-party companies according to agreements with the Office Building Industry

• Organize and perform maintenance, basic, building and window cleaning

• Cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of outdoor facilities

• Executing winter service, waste disposal, mowing and mobile transport

• Establish premises for events and be active as a supervisory person at events

• take over the closing service and daily inspection procedures to ensure building safety

• program, check and control the digital locking system

• Care for sports halls during use by clubs according to agreement in the master location team

• accompany extracurricular events on weekends and holidays

Your qualification: a completed training in one of the following professions:

• Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) / Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) / Elektroinstallationateur (m/w/d)
• Consultant (m/w/d) (m/w/d) (m/w/d) (m/w/d)
• Gas and Water Installer/ Central Heating and Ventilation Engineer/ Plant Engineering Engineer (m/w/d)

In addition, bring:

• the willingness to perform the above-mentioned tasks even outside the usual working hours and on weekends and holidays. The regular working time including hours of readiness is a total of 48 hours per week.
• technical understanding and affinity in handling the PC and programming work are desired
• Experience as a master (m/w/d)
• Class B driver's license and the willingness to make your own car for service trips against compensation after the Nds. Use the travel cost regulation
• German knowledge at level C1
• a non-contributory extended guidance certificate (submission only after approval)
