At the next time, we are looking for you as (Senior) project manager:in Hochbau Brandschutz (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich or Nuremberg site. Your tasks:

Overall responsibility for planning, control and implementation of demanding building projects Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards – in particular with high priority in the field of fire protection Budget, appointment and quality implementation taking into account technical, organisational and contractual frameworks Active chance and risk management including the development of appropriate counter-control measures and ensuring necessary authorisations, decisions and decreases Monitoring and enforcement of contractual obligations and quality and follow-up management Organisation and control of project communication with the involvement of all project participants

Your profile:

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in managing complex construction projects Funded knowledge in project management as well as in building, contract and award law Experience in dealing with contracting authorities Impressed communication and enforcement strength Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
