As a technology manager tactical radio communication (m/w/d) you are at the heart of complex development projects - you combine technical depth with strategic overview and act as a central interface between customers, development team, suppliers and management. If you are happy to realize sophisticated systems and take technical leadership, this position offers you the right design space. Your tasks include: Development of system and subsystem concepts and implementation of requirements analyses and specifications Technical management over the entire project life cycle - including integration, testing, error analysis and decreases Technical leadership of the technical development team and management of suppliers and subcontractors Preparation and presentation of technical content, including offering presentations, reviews, audits and technical reporting Planning, definition and control of work packages, schedules, volume frameworks and Implementation of technical risk and claim management. Creation and coordination of essential technical documents as well as support of system qualification (e.g. environment, EMC, functional safety)

Studies in electrical engineering, information technology or computer science or a comparable technical degree Experience in the development, production or realization of radio communication systems Multiannual professional experience in a technical development department Experience in the technical handling of projects Imprinted communication capability at eye level and enforcement capability Experience in the professional management of developer teams or project groups German and English knowledge (in word and writing) readiness to travel Terms such as modulation, coding, link layer and MAC are familiar to you and awaken your professional passion. If You also have knowledge of adjacent topics such as e.g. network protocols, IT security, HF and antenna technology, embedded microelectronics or electronics manufacturing, we would like to get to know them.
