You want to: 3rd level support in the network environment (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP) as well as control of external service providers and providers

Conception, design and development of network architecture (On-Prem, MPLS, Cloud)

Operation and development of the network infrastructure including routing, switching and WLAN (Cisco)

Administration and development of firewall landscape (especially Palo Alto)

Operation and optimization of the Group-wide MPLS network

Planning, implementation and operation of secure network access (VPN, Remote Access) and location networking

Integration and operation of cloud networking solutions (e.g. Cisco Umbrella, Meraki, DUO, Zscaler)

Implementation of network security concepts incl. Segmentation and access controls

Operation of central network services such as DNS and DHCP

Implementation of authentication and access solutions (RADIUS, TACACS, 802.1x / NAC)

Analysis and elimination of complex disturbances across the network (3rd levels)

Planning and implementation of maintenance work, changes and updates

Control and quality assurance of external service providers and service providers

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational documents

Cooperation and management of projects in the network environment

We wish: At least 5 years of professional experience in the network environment, ideally in complex enterprise structures

Deep knowledge of routing, switching, LAN, WLAN (ideally Cisco)

Found experience in firewall administration (especially Palo Alto)

Experience in building and operating modern network architectures (e.g. MPLS, cloud networking, hybrid scenarios)

SD-WAN know-how desirable

Experience in implementing network security and segmentation concepts

Practice in the control of service providers and external service providers

Experience in operating high-availability network and load balancing solutions (e.g. Kemp)

Embossed analytical skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working

Experience in project management and implementation of complex IT initiatives

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
