In the banking team, we process complex customer concerns when standardized processes and simple correspondence are no longer sufficient. We maintain challenging situations with high service orientation and ensure reliable solutions in a dynamic environment.

What do you expect? You take over telephone forwarding from the Call Center in the context of customer complaints. In addition, a demanding customer clientele inbound and outbound, including large and complaint customers, are provided by phone. In addition, you will process complex correspondence such as attorneys' letters, pledges, complaints as well as pledges and referral decisions. In addition, you will clarify assignments, supervisor accounts, tax issues and other demanding customer requests. You also train external partners and perform coaching on site if necessary. Last but not least, you support internal projects, for example through test case processing and test executions.

What are you doing? Completed training as a bank clerk or bank clerk with subsequent training to the bank business owner or comparable qualification. Very good knowledge of BMW Bank's deposit products and basic knowledge in the securities and credit card business. Impressed communication strength on the phone as well as sovereign and friendly appearance towards demanding customers. Good knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as high affinity for new technologies and their use, e.g. AI. Good knowledge of English with conversational application in the professional environment.
