You are part of a multi-professional team (5-6 full-time staff) and responsible for the seeking assistance in the personal housing and social space You serve our clients with disabilities or a mental illness or people from the autism spectrum in a professional and activating manner as a reference supervisor*in You cooperate with help/accompanied planning and implement them according to binding guidelines You help and support our clients in the area of living and individual everyday management Flexible working hours, as part of the daily structure

A completed study of social education or social work or a comparable qualification It marks a person-centred basic attitude Openness and readiness for reflection are of course for you Experience with outpatient care systems and assistance in social psychiatry You have a class B driving licence
