Topic Manager NOOTS (m/f/d)

You coordinate press and stage enquiries, identify communicative potentials for the public work of the NOOTS in close networking with the NOOTS build-up unit and bring them into the planning rounds of the staff office dialogue proactively. You translate complex content to target groups, formally promises of benefits, added value and core messages of the NOOTS for relevant stakeholders and, together with the teams of the staff exchange, ensure integrated communication of the NOOTS. You develop relevant communication channels. At the content of noots.gov.de, fitko.de and it-planungsrat.de you work conceptually and editorially and tax the technical acceptance. You establish and commit federal exchange formats in close cooperation with the community management, coordinate event requests for the complete line NOOTS in coordination with the event management, support press requests in the Sparring with the press team and introduce communicative questions from NOOTS in relevant voting formats and working groups. You will develop the communication strategy for the NOOTS – in cooperation with the NOOTS overall management and strategically with the teams of the Office for Dialogue and the Communication Team of the Federal Administrative Office (BVA). You always carry out this as part of the communication strategy of the FITKO and the IT Planning Council. You accompany procurement processes, define the content requirements for external agencies and work closely with the implementing agencies to implement the communication measures. In consultation with the marketing, you tax the production of advertising media for the NOOTS.

You have completed your studies (university diploma or master's degree) in the field of communication sciences, social sciences, economics, public administration or relevant and detectable skills and qualifications at master level. You have at least three years of professional experience in a correspondingly qualified job. You know how to make a new offer visible or widened and have a special hand for expert:internal and stakeholder communication. To do this, you will bring significant conceptual skills, excellent written and oral expressiveness (German level C2) as well as extensive experience in the editorial of online formats and in the field of social media. You work mainly in German, but also English texts don't scare you. Ideally, you bring ideas for new event formats, methodological skills and a strong organizational talent. You are characterized by a high degree of sense of responsibility, as a convincing team player, you are happy to grab, think interdisciplinary and have high network and relationship competencies.
