You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of all business sectors (personal, customer service, sales, project management, financial and accounting) and ensure efficient, transparent and future-oriented management You represent the company to customers, business partners, municipal bodies, authorities and funding agencies You are responsible for sales, earnings, budget and liquidity and continuously develop our controlling and reporting structures For a modern, economically strong organisation, you actively promote digitization, process optimization and cross-departmental cooperation As a manager, you act as a coach, Sparring partner and impulse provider for your teams and promote a constructive, value-adding corporate culture

A completed study of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable commercial discipline Multiannual experience in a leading commercial position – ideally as managing director, in commercial management or in a comparable role Knowledge of management, strategic planning and management Expertise in at least one core area: financial accounting, controlling or sales Experience in the management of projects and in the handling of funding is advantageous
