In IT support, you keep an overview of all processes on First and Second Level and are responsible for the ticket system.

1st & 2nd Level Support (m/w/d) - hybrid work (remote & presence)

Your tasks: • You accept all internal inquiries on IT and telecommunications and document and classify them in the central ticket system • You monitor and edit open requests and disruptions in the ticket system • Together with your colleagues, you can fix hardware and software problems by phone, remote support or personally on site • You can fix IT disputes yourself or agree with downstream entities • You manage the client environment, in particular the installation of operating systems and applications

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed training as a specialist system integration desirable • First professional experience in IT support enthusiasm for IT • Solution-oriented and structured operation
