SHK Service Technician - Heating / Hydraulics / Control Technology (m/f/d)

Disposition and coordination of our customer service Telephone advice from customers for technical disruptions and issues related to their systems Assessment of operating data and plant conditions for early detection of malfunctions Active fault analysis and technical evaluation of customer facilities on site and by remote access Own-responsible implementation of commissioning, fault analysis and fault elimination at district heating and customer facilities on site

You have a completed training in sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the SHK industry, ideally already in customer service or in a coordinating role. You have well-founded knowledge of hydraulics and control technology – experience in district heating is a plus. Your work is structured and customer-oriented, and you can communicate your technical understanding clearly. First experience in the technical guidance of colleagues is of advantage, but no need. You have a class B licence and speak fluent German (C1).
