Together with you, we realize the first smooth production processes. Their tasks include regular inspections and maintenance work on the production facilities. The documentation of your work is of course for you. They help to proactively avoid possible production errors or to detect and fix them early. We provide you with the necessary methods and tools. We work together on the continuous improvement of our processes across all areas. In addition to the tasks described above, you have the chance to become part of our Emergency Response Team. We receive comprehensive training. At this point you work in our fully continuous 6:4 layer model. This means that 6 working days follow 4 days.
