This is why we are looking for you to the next possible date as new support for our administration at the headquarters in Wetter (Ruhr) as (m/w/d) in full time.

Support in building, developing and implementing a sustainability strategy and company-wide sustainability management Participation in the design and implementation of sustainability goals and projects in the overall strategy of the company Technical support and advice of management and all business areas in matters of sustainability Creation and maintenance of the group-wide reporting framework according to national and international standards (including CSRD), as well as the responsibility of the Group's sustainability commitment Establishment and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. management and holding) Building and continuous development of reliable compliance processes It is possible to extend the area of responsibility to the international level

Complete studies in the field of economics, law, environmental management or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical professional experience in the fields of compliance and/or sustainability, ideally in an internationally active company Safe handling of relevant legal and normative requirements Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and communication strength Joy of further development and international exchange Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Ideally, there is additional knowledge about promotions and the supply chain care obligation law
