Responsibility for the nursing reception of patients and the preparation of the medical reception including Arrangements Responsibility for the first care of patients Implementation of first diagnostic and therapeutic measures in the recording setting Preparation of the Nursing Recording Report and Care Measures Planning Engaged, independent and resource-oriented work in a multi-professional team Careful handover to the colleagues of the departments and transfer of the patients to the respective stations As a station manager, you are responsible for the nursing staff and guaranteeing the quality of care You monitor and support DRG-compliant care documentation You plan the bed occupancy at the station as well as the organization of the work division and monitoring of the workflows You take over the personnel deployment and holiday planning in compliance with legal requirements You participate in station management meetings and inform your employees

A completed training for the health and nursing staff, nursing staff or a university degree in the dual bachelor's programme Care Ideally successfully completed further education for conducting a station or organizational unit in the hospital Good German knowledge (at least B2 level, according to GeR) is required.
