The ADELHELM Group is specialized in functional surface coatings and employs around 150 employees at its location in Eningen. We develop innovative processes and solutions for our customers from the automotive, e-mobility, semiconductor, chemical, food industry and medical technology.

In the area of wet coating, we apply thin and thick high-performance coatings manually, partially automatic or fully automatic by means of robots. The processes for processing range from conventional flow cup gun, airless gun, electrostatic gun to fully automatic rotary bells. Processes such as electrostatic powder coating and arc spraying are also used.

Your tasks:

• Daily organization, implementation and monitoring of the coating process
• Professional leadership of the team
• adjustment and monitoring of systems and machines
• Implementation of quality tests
• Preparation of coatings
• Maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• coordination and cooperation with upstream and downstream departments to ensure optimal workflow
• Development and optimization of processes and processes (active participation in the continuous improvement process, order and cleanliness, ...)
• Acceptance of responsibility for the implementation of occupational safety regulations
• Ensuring and implementing correct documentation in accompanying documents

Your profile:

• Completed technical or chemical formation such as e.g. Process mechanics for coating technology, industrial painters, vehicle painters or comparable
• As an alternative, work experience in the relevant field of work
• Self-employed, structured and conscientious working
• Excellent quality awareness
• Very good team capability
• Programming skills Fanuc robots desirable, but no requirement
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
