Business Development Manager (m/d) Industrial Applications | E-Drives | Electrification We are looking for a Business Development Manager (w/m/d) with a technical background in the field of electric drive systems to further develop our industrial business areas. You identify new market potentials, build industrial customer relationships and drive the positioning of our electric drive solutions in existing and new applications.

Strategic identification and development of new business areas for electrical drives in industrial sectors (e.g. mechanical engineering, automation, energy, defence, special vehicles, industrial drives) Analysis of applications, market trends and customer requirements in the field of electrical drive systems Building and developing new key accounts and strategic industrial partnerships Close cooperation with development and product management to derive marketable technical solutions Definition of Value Propositions, Business Cases and Market Entry Strategies Technical-economic assessment of customer projects (Make-or-Buy, degree of integration, scaling) Support for sales in complex customer projects and early project phases Market and competition monitoring in the environment of electrical machines, drive systems and electrification Company representation at trade fairs, industry events and strategic customer meetings

Completed studies or technicians in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable discipline Multiannual experience in business development, technical sales or application management for electric drives or comparable technologies Very good understanding of electrical machines, drive systems and their industrial applications Ability to translate technical solutions into economic added value Experience in managing decision-makers at technical and management level Structured, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Very good communication and presentation skills German and English skills National and international readiness
