Structured creation, maintenance and organisation of documentation, overviews and reports to ensure a transparent and comprehensible information base Establishment, establishment and support of a central, service-oriented point of contact for safety-relevant topics as well as coordinating control and bundling of all safety concerns Responsibility for systematic task and action management including structured follow-up of open points and proactive support and coordination with the participating teams Analysis of safety-relevant risks and derivation and initiation of appropriate measures for the continuous optimization of safety processes Design and further development of administrative processes with the aim of increasing efficiency and structured work organisation Control and coordination of external service providers, ensuring compliance with defined standards and continuous development and improvement of existing processes

Completed vocational training of the department of office management or the like, alternatively a completed study of the field of security management, office management, business administration or the like. Professional experience in administrative or organisational tasks, ideally in a digital environment Basic knowledge to deepened knowledge of physical safety, in particular in the protection of objects and buildings and in relevant security technology Structured, independent and solution-oriented working with pronounced communicative and analytical skills
