1st and 2nd level support in hardware and software Installation, configuration and administration of server and client systems with Windows operating systems both in the cloud and on-premise Configuration Management of security systems and network components (switches, firewalls, WLAN infrastructures, telephone systems and telephones, printers) Implementation and management of backup and recovery solutions Implementation of updates, patches and maintenance work to ensure system stability User support (on-site, by remote maintenance, by telephone) for software and hardware requests and disturbances Cost analysis and procurement of hardware and software Ensuring compliance with IT security and privacy policies in the IT environment

Complete training as a specialist in system integration or comparable training In-depth knowledge of the administration Knowledge of Microsoft Server/Operation Systems and Administration of Microsoft Office 365 Environment Experience in installing IT server systems in virtual environments Experience in the administration of hybrid Active Directory environments as well as in the use and administration of Entra ID Practical experiences and routined handling of backup systems and concepts Experiences in firewall / switch configuration and monitoring Experiences with safety concepts Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support Team skills / consulting skills good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
