We are looking for motivated personalities with heart, humour and drive who want to care about our customers and employees.

Your tasks with us

• You conduct and control your cleaning team and are responsible for operational planning and documentation
• You ensure that contractually agreed services are provided and take over quality assurance
• You are responsible for keeping budget
• You build a close customer relationship and identify potential opportunities to offer more services
• You accept complaints from your customers and raise the causes

You will strengthen our building cleaning team for 40 hours a week in the north of the beautiful Brandenburg and enter various objects, customers and employees.

You bring that – no need, but nice to have

• Experience in the service industry or in building cleaning, e.g. as a foreman or object manager - Service-oriented cross-enterers are welcome!
• Experiences in the support of teams and customers? Perfect!
• You can do well with people – easy, but professional and sympathetic
• With commercial processes, MS Office and Co. you know
• You like to work independently, but also live team spirit
• You have a class B license
