• Our customer operates a regional service center at the Gersthofen site, which specialises in the planning, installation and maintenance of smoke extraction and ventilation systems

  Your tasks:

• independent planning and monitoring of assembly orders

• appropriate classification of materials and resources

• Creation of mounting pads and support in the manufacture

• Processing of telephone and written customer requests

• appointment and deadline coordination as well as initial consultations with customers

• Disposition for the location, possibly digital support of other locations

Your qualifications:

• completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification
• Experience in order disposition of advantage
• Structured, conscientious operation and customer-oriented appearance
• Secure handling of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
