HOUSE TECHNICAL – PREPARATION ELECTROTECHNIK/ SANITARY/ HEIZATION – IN AREA GM (M/W/D), DÜSSELDORF AND UMGEBEBUNG

With systems of domestic engineering, you are well known. They support our service team during maintenance and repairs and are responsible for technical tours and inspections. But even on the computer, you can use certain knowledge. Your professional experience owes you targeted solutions for most technical faults and/or defects. They are able to react quickly and flexibly. In contact with the customers put good ways of handling, are always friendly and helpful. All in all an object engineer you can trust!

Task

• Implementation of small repairs on various technical installations
• Deficiency detection in the object
• Support for maintenance and repair of technical building equipment
• Contact person for clients, tenants and suppliers
• Support for private and foreign services and reporting

Requirements

• completed technical training preferably in the field of electrical engineering
• Professional experience in home technology
• German in Word and Writing
• Windows/MS Office Basic knowledge
• safe appearance and good handling
• Team and communication skills
