Regional Manager, Baden-Württemberg West Factoring (m/f/d)

Sales & Area Responsibility As an area manager (m/w/d), you drive your sales area forward and develop it continuously. You identify market opportunities, actively build new customer relationships and attract new customers in the B2B environment. You professionally represent the VR Factoring outside and strengthen the market presence in your area. Customer Support & Deal Structure You accompany your customers holistically, from initial language to demand analysis and structuring of the deal to initial payment. You develop tailor-made factoring solutions that are tailored to the individual requirements of your customers. Cooperation & Partner Care You use the distribution path via the cooperative banks and the DZ Bank and actively maintain these partnerships. You work closely with the cooperative banks on site – from the common customer approach to the successful conclusion. You support your bank partners with specialist expertise in factoring and position themselves as a reliable contact person.

You have a degree in economics, a training in the banking sector or a comparable qualification acquired in practice. Welcome are also profiles from risk management, market success, credit area or corporate customer business. You have several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services environment and have a solid financial foundation that you want to actively use in sales. Ideally you bring very good knowledge in factoring with You are able to analyse customer situations independently, structure factoring solutions and take responsibility to completion. You are characterized by a pronounced customer and earnings orientation. You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented – set clear goals and actively seek challenges. You convince by entrepreneurial thinking, persuasiveness and the willingness to take responsibility.
