Junior Product Manager Digital Services – Product Operations (m/f/d)

The BÄKO-ZENTRALE eG, together with a subsidiary, continues to expand the Digital Services division and strengthens the existing team at the Duisburg site by two new junior product managers (m/w/d). With our digital services, we support the BÄKO regional cooperatives and the backing craft to simplify processes, better network information and make digital solutions usable in practice.

To support our product management team, we are looking for you to support technical developments of our digital products and to support the mapping of fault images. With the focus of Product Operations, you will take the following tasks together with the team after individual integration:

Working in product and portfolio management of our digital solutions Support for the operational operation of digital services as well as processing requests, disturbances and optimization potentials Analysis and structuring of technical and technical problems and development of solutions Examination of data flows, interfaces and processes for plausibility and functionality Monitoring of tests, releases and rollouts including documentation of results Coordination and follow-up of implementations with internal and external stakeholders and the BÄKO regional cooperatives deriving and introducing improvements for digital services in close cooperation with departments and IT

You are a structured, solution-oriented and technically interested person, who understands digital services in ongoing operation and wants to shape and develop the digital world together with us for the backing craft?

Ideally, you also bring the following:

Completed commercial, technical or comparable training or Studies Understanding digital applications, processes and technical relationships Structured, careful and solution-oriented operation Analytical thinkability and ability to portray complex facts in a comprehensible way Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel knowledge in the field of SaaS/web solutions of advantage but no requirement First experiences in support, application management, project management or digital applications of advantage, but no requirement.
