Lies | unlimited | at the next possible date | Full time | 35 hours In this function, you take responsibility for partial or total projects in various project phases in the field of process optimization. Your main tasks are the analysis and optimization of processes in production, logistics and adjacent administrative areas. Bearing in mind a high value added, Lean Management methods are specifically used to efficiently design throughput times and value flows.

Process analysis and design Implementation and management of (partial) projects for the holistic optimization of production, logistics and administration processes Analysis of existing material and information flows, development of target concepts and implementation of sustainable improvements Formation of product families and creation and maintenance of workflow catalogs according to REFA or MTM methodology Introduction and further development of the CSDP (continuous improvement process) Initiation, moderation and tracking of KVP workshops in production and administration Building a sustainable culture of improvement with the involvement of all employees Training and knowledge transfer to lean methods and process optimization Factory and Layout Planning Working with the planning and implementation of factory, hall and workplace layouts Optimization of material flows, setup times, ergonomic processes and storage structures Standardization and Reporting Definition, introduction and control of standards in production and logistics Building a number-based reporting to measure efficiency, productivity and quality Support for project initialisation taking into account the strategic corporate objectives

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, production and logistics, production management or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function within the manufacturing industry Knowledge of process analysis and optimization and practical experience with methods from Lean Management, REFA, MTM and Six Sigma Experience in project management or subproject management, ideally in interdisciplinary teams Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of proALPHA's ERP system, MES and APS systems from mpdv and visTABLE's factory planning software are desirable Experience in data analysis with Power BI or comparable tools Embossed Analytical and Planical Skills Paired with Conceptual Strength High level of communication, moderation and team skills combined with enforcement Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and high self-motivation Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Depending on the type of disability, the site is suitable for people with difficulty.
