Project Manager (m/f/d)

You will process independent projects from offering creation, project implementation and accounting

You conduct risk assessments and rehabilitation plans according to BBodSchG/BBodSchV

You investigate the building stock on damaged components/restoration and disposal concepts

You are responsible for the precautionary soil protection and for the ground-kund construction management

You carry out the waste management assessment in the course of waste and building land projects

You design and plan exploration and rehabilitation measures

You coordinate and monitor field and rehabilitation work

You shall draw up opinions and opinions

You have a completed study and over 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of Altlast/ Bodenschutz or in a similar position

You have good knowledge in the preparation of reports and opinions

You are characterized by good general computer skills (office, CAD, geotechnical, static and FEM software) and by very good German skills (at least C1)

It characterizes a safe occurrence, quality and results-oriented work, flexibility, commitment and team-ability

You complete your good communication and social competence and the possession of a passenger car licence
