Your tasks:

• Conception, development, design and implementation of projects on digitalization and "Industry 4.0" in manufacturing
• Analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes based on aspects of lean production
• Strategic production planning and further development of the process organization
• Implementation and moderation of innovation/investment projects in specific project teams
• Further development of lean and automation processes and optimisation of workplace design

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Complete studies in production engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in strategic production development
• Good knowledge of lean management and digitally connected production
• Safe appearance, communication and enthusiasm, maker personality and interpersonal feeling
• Good knowledge of German and English
