Rent/account accounting (including target positions / annual accounts) Regular voting of the accounts Technical/bookholder audit of creditor accounts according to the legislator's instructions Payment transactions including payment proposal Maher Support and cooperation in the production of quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Contact for colleagues from all areas

Training/Studium: Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. real estate business (m/w/d) or comparable training Experience: Finding professional experience in a comparable position in a real estate company desirable Knowledge: Good knowledge of renting and financial accounting is required HGB identifiers Advantageous IFRS identifiers Analytical and methodological skills are assumed Very good MS Office knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word Experience in the application of iX-haus, Yardi Voyager 8 or comparable real estate software
