Responsibility for the calculation of our turnkey construction and module construction projects as well as our own services in timber construction Sighting and evaluation of tenders and participation in project developments and special proposals Creation of tenders as well as collection and evaluation of offers from post-contractors and suppliers Creation of calculations in timber construction and maintenance and further development of the costing system Participation in procurement and contract negotiations with contracting entities and subcontractors Close cooperation with sales, project management and construction management as well as support of project teams up to project completion

Complete technical or craft training in the field of civil engineering, ideally with further training to master, technician, engineer or architect Knowledge of the calculation of turnkey construction and timber construction projects Self-contained, structured and careful functioning as well as rapid understanding and analytical thinking Good IT skills in dealing with tendering and awarding programs, costing software and Microsoft Office Team skills, communication strength and negotiation skills in dealing with project participants and enjoying cross-disciplinary cooperation First professional experience in the calculation of turnkey construction projects as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing
