Consultant (m/w/d) Pipeline Law & Real Estate

GASCADE is one of the largest operators of gas pipelines in Germany with a 3,700 kilometres long pipeline network. In order to strengthen our department of management rights and documentation at our headquarters in Kassel, we are looking for a new employee (m/w/d) as a consultant (m/w/d) in management law & real estate at the earliest possible time.

They control the entire process of legal acquisition of lines and plants in projects and existing facilities (planning of specialist projects, reporting and quality management). In your role, you work closely with corporate communication and represent the company to internal and external stakeholders. They are responsible for the technical and administrative management and the supervision of external service providers and experts. Your duties include the management of property, including the processing of property taxes and taxes. They evaluate both buildings and unstructured land and agricultural crops in order to determine compensation claims.

You have successfully completed your studies as an agricultural and forestry scientist, economist, legal or administrative specialist (university or college) or comparable. First relevant professional experience in the field of infrastructure would be beneficial. They are communicative and have a turned personality. They control the handling of the current MS Office products and are happy to work independently as well as in the team. Due to the different projects, you are always on the go again and again and bring the appropriate readiness to travel and a car guide ticket.
