Hybrid In the “Calculation & Service” department, you get everything you need as a calculator and contact person for our customers in the energy sector through an intensive individual installation and great colleagues. You are responsible for all processes resulting from the conclusion of an energy supply contract. The focus here is the correct and timely billing. We place particular emphasis on constructive, solution-oriented and personal cooperation with our customers and suppliers to achieve a long-term relationship. Personal customer support Debitoral Account Care Creation of billing and turnus bills and invoice corrections Examination of the actual rectification contributions of the Treaties Support for debt management Maintenance of contract master data Creation of customer-related evaluations

Completed commercial training First experiences in customer support and billing are advantageous Self-employed, targeted and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication skills Safe handling of Word and Excel Service-oriented, sovereign and self-safe personality Experience in the energy sector is not absolutely necessary
