Responsible management and execution of construction projects Active control, coordination and control of the construction site sequences Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost and quality requirements Implementation of personal and qualitative requirements at the construction site Planning and control of personnel and subcontractors

Complete study in the field of civil engineering or a qualification as a state-tested construction technician Ideally, at least 5 years of professional experience in building management and experience in building Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and regulations Structured, economic and solution-oriented operation Impressed leadership and a high degree of self-responsibility Class B driving licence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
