You process tap water damage in the private customer area predominantly in the indoor service (about 80% on desk) and decide how best to help our customers. In individual cases, you will take a visit on site. You negotiate - predominantly by phone - with the parties, coordinate the necessary measures and accompany the customers until the damage is completed. You are responsible for the audit of external service providers and of cost proposals. In your own campus for external damage service, you will be fit by colleagues in everything you need for the job. You participate in projects, you can work on overarching tasks of the area and always contribute to you. You are networked with your team, but you also connect to your own area. You have a high technical and craftsmanship understanding. You have a completed commercial training or training, ideally in the area of insurance. Ideally, you have knowledge and experience in the processing of tap water damage, e.g. as a sanator. You have pronounced communicative skills, especially in the telephone consultation of customers. You have experience with customer care on site. You understand how to act independently, are safe from negotiations and pleasing to decisions. You are characterized by a high personal commitment and a strong team capacity. You are open to the use of new tools such as video telephony or the use of other media and tools.
