Description Own-responsible construction management of construction or subprojects on site Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors and trades Ensuring compliance with dates, costs, quality and work security Coordination with planners, project managers and contractors Implementation of construction meetings and construction site visits Documentation of the progress of construction and follow-up and deficiencies management Check compliance with statutory requirements, standards and safety guidelines

Completed studies in civil engineering, further training for technicians or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in construction, ideally in high or industrial construction Good knowledge of VOB and relevant building and safety regulations Enforcement, organisational and decision-making High sense of responsibility and structured working readiness to travel or Application to construction sites according to project German language skills and good English skills in word and writing
