Technical Auditor in Construction (m/f/d)

In your role, you are responsible for the complete audit of construction measures from the structures, e.g. civil engineering or track construction. In addition, you are responsible for examining billing documents for contract and VOB/HOAI conformity. Through your know-how, you serve as the first contact person of the building management and as support in the final bill. In addition, cooperation in the provision of service directories and contract terms is one of your tasks. Your extended task includes the creation of documentation and presentations as well as the implementation of test results. Last, but not least, you will process the internal invoices in SAP.

Your basis is a successfully completed study in civil engineering and a comparable qualification. In addition, you can demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of VOB as well as experience in handling construction drawings and dimensions. On top brings you basic knowledge of the honorary order for architects and engineers (HOAI) and relevant legal regulations. First experience in the field of audit and construction management is desirable. First contact points with the billing program RIB iTWO are advantageous. Personally, you score with a careful, self-responsive and targeted way of working and with your team spirit. You have the health fitness requirement for track work.
