Presales Consultant (gn) Data & AI Services

As a presales consultant, you are the interface between our sales and delivery teams. You help our customers identify and implement the best data/ AI solutions. You play a central role throughout the entire sales phase and ensure seamless communication between functional and business requirements.

Tasks Customer needs & solution development: Analysis of customer requirements and development of customized solutions that take into account both technical and business goals. Sales support: cooperation with sales in the PreSales phase, introduction of expertise in customer discussions, and creation of offers and presentations that highlight the business value of the solutions. Optimization & Consulting: Identification of optimization potentials of existing solutions and proactive advice on new technologies and best practices. Continuous Education & Community Engagement: Maintaining and expanding cloud certifications and tracking current trends through conferences, webinars and specialist communities.

Extensive experience in IT and cloud solutions. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Knowledge of the development of data & AI, cloud strategies and application modernization. Experience in cooperation with customers of different sizes to develop and implement GCP solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to understand complex concepts and highlight business benefits. GCP certification at least on Associate level. Remarkable: Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, M365, AWS). Understanding agile methods and best practices in project management.
