As a (Senior) Account Holder/ Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) in the HR Payroll Services department, you create the payroll bills for a defined group of employees with the PAISY Advanced / SAP ECP accounting system They are an employee for employees and executives in matters relating to payroll accounting and tax and social insurance matters They prejudge the tax and social insurance assessment of the employees to be deducted You maintain master files, create certificates, keep reimaginables and perform the electronic personnel records They supervise the upstream and downstream electronic reporting processes such as AAG, EEL, ELStAM, DEÜV and communicate with social security providers and authorities They also take over team-wide organisational and technical tasks and support the incorporation of new colleagues

Multiannual professional experience in payroll Professional background, e.g. as Payroll Specialist, Payroll Specialist, Personnel Officer, Tax Specialist, Payroll Holder / Payroll Holder, Personnel Specialist or Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) In-depth knowledge of wage and salary accounting, social security and wage tax law, as well as basic knowledge in surrounding areas (e.g. labour law) Long-standing experience in handling billing software, ideally PAISY Advanced or SAP ECP Joy of consulting, integrity, conscientious and reliable work and team orientation Technical affinity (Microsoft Office products, especially Excel) and fun in digital work
