As a specialist:in disposition, you ensure the demand-oriented and timely supply of all production-relevant materials to our site and thus ensure the delivery capacity to the customers of the TUNAP Group. In doing so, you coordinate the supply of raw materials, intermediate and final products as well as commercial goods in close coordination with the production planning. You collect orders and manage purchase framework agreements, take over the reminder, check and capture of order confirmations and consistently track delivery dates to ensure reliable material supply. In the event of delays in delivery or other disturbances, you agree to the production planning and the relevant bodies and initiate the necessary measures. You check and optimize MRP parameters such as security stocks, minimum quantities and optimal order quantities at the supplier and thus provide the basis for reliable procurement. In addition, you support the implementation of inventory, ensure compliance with operational and work safety as well as all internal requirements and processes in your area of responsibility.
