We are looking for reinforcement for our Facility Management (FM) service unit, which takes care of the operation, maintenance and further development of buildings and facilities. Our team of about 300 dedicated employees covers a wide range of tasks – from energy supply to transport route maintenance and KIT shuttle operation.

They are responsible for project management, i.e. the simultaneous project management and control of different construction maintenance and repair measures in the field of technical building equipment (TGA). You are responsible for the basic analysis and development of the planning concept with the focus on heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary technology. They create performance directories, participate in the award and are competent for cost estimation and determination according to DIN 276. In addition, you structure work processes in this field of activity and initiate process improvements such as e.g. workflows within the projects and internal processes.

Graduate degree Bachelor / Dipl. -Ing. (FH) Department of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technology (HLK); other technical aspects of building equipment such as supply technology. As an alternative, you have a training as a master/technician (w/m/d) with corresponding long-term professional experience Multiannual professional practice in the fields of repair and project management Ideally good knowledge of VOB and HOAI High level of communication and dialogue, organisational and problem solving
