= Job description

• Management and coordination of all EHS activities for the plant
• Creation and implementation of legal security strategies, as well as the continuous improvement of areas: environmental protection, occupational safety, health protection, ergonomics, handling of hazardous substances and fire protection
• Defining and implementing measures to achieve the EHS objectives
• Introduction, maintenance and development of management systems for environmental protection and health
• Generating audit process standards and maintaining local catasters (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
• Implementation of audits and improvement workshops
• Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the EHS Group at the Weissbach site, i.e. occupational safety, environmental protection, fire protection, medical services, and occupational health management
• Tasks as a specialist for work safety and other assignment functions
• Emergency and crisis management (e.g. fire, damage events, natural or other extraordinary events, etc.)

Qualifications

• Complete studies in engineering, natural sciences or comparable qualifications
• Additional qualification as a specialist in occupational safety desirable
• Professional experience in environmental protection and occupational safety, including legal requirements and legal structures
• Knowledge and interest in ergonomics and hazardous materials management
• Flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
• Analytical approach and high problem solving competence
• Very good moderation capability
• High commitment
• Communication strength and enforcement
