Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen Become part of our team and take responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and guidelines, especially for software products As a responsible contact for selected software departments, you can consult these in all export control-relevant questions. You are also responsible for implementing and monitoring the requirements for global standards and procedures in the field of software and IT solutions. They carry out risk analyses in the field of export control and contribute to risk reduction in close cooperation with your contacts in the business areas. They obtain export permits and communicate with the authorities. They advise and train internal parties in order to comply with the export control rules. Last but not least, you will continuously monitor and check the business activities with a special focus on bypassing and reviewing as well as sharing business models or individual transactions.

Education: completed university studies in the fields of IT, software, foreign trade, law or a comparable degree programme Experiences and know-how: knowledge of export controls in the software sector (especially Cat 5 Dual-Use Regulation, US (Re)Export controls & De-Minimis calculation); professional experience in the field of foreign trade; experience with IT business models and ERP systems; Experience in the development and implementation of internal compliance programs (ICP) Personality and working methods: They are a enforceable and reliable team player with strong communicative and interpersonal skills; They are motivated to work across functions and have a strong compliance mentality; They have intercultural experience and a structured, quality and result-oriented way of working with analytical skills Working day: we work flexibly and mobile, 2-3 days a week we are together on site Languages: fluent German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 117,000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the operational requirements).
