During the phases of the theory at the Nordakademie, you obtain sound technical and business knowledge. In your practice phases at tesa, you can apply this knowledge directly into varied projects and gain valuable insights into different business areas. You are actively working on current topics and future projects – and help shape innovative solutions and efficient processes.

You are motivated, committed and want to get through properly in your studies as well as in practice? Then you fit perfectly with us when you bring the following features and skills:

Very good grades in mathematics, physics and English as well as very good German skills A strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex facts clearly and understandably An independent and structured operation Analytical thinking and a high problem-solving competence Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ideally first practical insights, e.g. through a school project, an internship or an honorary office A proof of the successful Nordakademie selection test (please upload it together with your other application documents in our application portal)
