Operation, setup and programming of modern CNC lathes Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 100 / 200 / 250 Traub TNL20 Star SB-16

Working with controls Mazatrol 640T, Matrix Nexus Measuring the tools using Tool Eye Programming at the controller incl. transfer and Y axis Entry of programs Production of individual parts and small series Independent quality control and measurement directly at work Storage and maintenance of CNC programs in the database Order time recording by barcode scanner Various activities in conventional machines (turning, milling)

Complete training as a lathe, machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Experience in CNC turning - ideally in long turning Safe handling of handheld measuring devices Self-employed, structured and careful working Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility Good knowledge of German in word and writing
