Team leadership and development: expert and disciplinary leadership as well as effective management of the category and content management team. Strategic Marketing: Responsibility for the digital presentation of our product range with a focus on the creation of customer multiples and compliance with legal frameworks. Campaign management: planning and implementing cross-border marketing campaigns and developing new marketing strategies to increase sales. Analysis and Controlling: Monitoring the relevant key figures and deriving performance-strength measures. Project Management: Management of projects for the further development of the assortments and processes in the online shop. Interface Management: Close cooperation with the areas of purchasing, online marketing and external suppliers, as well as with controllers for PIM and shop systems. Strategic priorities: Focus on marketing: strengthening our competencies in online marketing with a data-driven and agile approach. Developing a retail media strategy: building and implementing an effective retail media strategy. Exclusively available assortments: development and tactical expansion of 'Online-Only' products, which are offered exclusively in our webshop and are not available in stationary stores.

Academic background: successfully completed studies in economics or comparable qualifications. Experience in leadership positions: Multiannual experience in leadership of a team in category or product management in the e-commerce sector with demonstrable successes. Management competence: A natural leadership personality that stands out through persuasion, strategic thinking and pronounced social competence. Organizational strength: excellent organizational skills and a structured, independent and conscientious way of working. Analytical thinking: A strong numerical understanding and the ability to capture analytically complex processes and relationships. Communicative excellence: Secure, eloquent communication talent in German and English, both in writing and oral.
