Further development, organisation and coordination of a Group-wide technology development process in close cooperation with all participating business sectors Continuous determination of relevant changes in the market environment and derivation of a trend radar together with stakeholders Interface communication between technology department, innovation management and series development Development and use of the potential of higher education and cross-industry networks Support in cooperation with suitable partners from the founding scene/start-ups Development, coordination and communication of technology Roadmap Planning, organisation and implementation of cross-functional workshops for deriving innovation ideas Coordination of tax research

Completed studies in industrial engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the field of development and/or innovation Persuasion and communication strength, presentation competence High understanding and technology awareness Embossed analytical skills and a structured methodological approach Understanding the requirements in intralogistics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing ready to travel 10%
