From now on, we are looking for a/n Housemaster (m/w/d/) / Director Team (m/w/d/) ** Full-time.

What you expect from us:

If you work independently in a small, collegial team and appreciate modern structures as well as the possibility to participate, you are right with us!

Your tasks:

• External equipment maintenance
• Cutting lawn mowings and hedges
• repair work
• Ready to use in various tasks
• willingness to redirect all activities carried out in the management
• Winter service: In the cold months, you take over the rooms and scattering of the walkways and accesses to ensure the safety of our tenants.

Your profile:

• Experience in the field of building or housekeeping - like in the housing industry.
• A completed, craftsmanship is desirable.
• Self-employed, careful work and a “Macher” mentality.
• A friendly appearance, patience and joy in dealing with people.
• Class B driver's license and willingness to represent the team.
• A pronounced craftsmanship
• Flexibility, commitment and independent work
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Team skills
